UK return postage is FREE for repairs, service and warranty items
We strongly recommend that when you return goods to us for servicing, repairs or warranty, that you use a tracked postal or courier service, that ensures you for the value of the goods in the event of loss or damage. We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit on their way to us.

Currently, we can only accept goods for servicing, repairs and warranty from the UK. For customers outside the UK, we recommend that you contact the service centre for your specific county.
You must retain a copy of your original proof of purchase in order to make a warranty claim. Without a valid proof of purchase, we are unable to process your warranty claim.

Country-specific sales taxes and import duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. All relevant documents/invoices will be included in your shipment as is legally required. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer; unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.
If goods arrive damaged please advise us within 7 working days by email to arrange return and inspection of the items.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, please contact us within seven working days of the date of receipt. We will arrange to exchange or refund the goods, providing they are returned in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.
Return postage costs for non-faulty items are wholly at the cost of the purchaser. We will only consider covering return postage costs for faulty or damaged items.
